Multi-coat UV cured finishes create a floor that will last 2 1/2 to 3 times longer.
Laminate flooring comes in either planks or squares and is designed to replicate real flooring materials. Laminates are actually several different layers of various materials that are pressed together to form each plank. It is the finish that resists wear and tear, dents, and scratches. All laminate floors are not created equal. New and improved products contain features to be water resistant, have a tougher traffic wear, and will reduce the "clicky" sounds.
